New contracts secured this month:
November 2007
First contract with local builder Chalvington Barns Ltd won. This is significant win, as Chalvington will now be subcontracting all their electrical work (previously done in house). This contract is for large 5 bedroomed new build house in East Grinstead. Established in 1990, Chalvington Barns specialises in high quality building projects. They are based in the market town of Hailsham, East Sussex, and most of their customers are Sussex based and wherever possible they use local craftsmen and materials. We are proud to announce our first new contract with Sedac Ltd for a major residential refurbishment and extension in Biddenden, Kent. Sedac Ltd are an established and professional builder operating in the South East region. Our estimating department have been very busy this month, with many quotes for Westridge, Farnrise, Routledge & Young, Morgan Ashurst and Ellis Builders to name but a few.

Refurbishment of existing hotel into 8 residential flats over 4 floors at Jevington Gardens, Eastbourne, this contract constitutes our largest project with Ellis to date. Farnrise project awarded at Hassocks Health Centre, West Sussex - to commence in July.May 2007
Another key contract with Redwing Construction Ltd. End client is City College of Brighton and Hove, project is the total refurbishment of Engineering Workshop.

We are very pleased to announce our first contract with Redwing Construction Ltd. The project is for the electrical installation of two industrial units at Crawley, West Sussex. This client has an impressive portfolio of clients and case studies of which to boast, including the refurbishment of Gordon Ramsay flagship restaurant in Chelsea last year. We followed this with another key contract with Redwing Construction Ltd. This time end client is City College of Brighton and Hove, project is the total refurbishment of Engineering Workshop.
Further contracts secured with RSR Refurbishments Ltd based in Bexhill, for the refurbishment of two Oxfam shops in Canterbury and Deal in Kent.February 2007
New contracts awarded from Ellis Builders and William Skinner.
William Skinner has recently diversified as a business in terms of the type of work they undertake. This has led to them winning a substantial contract, mainly in the south-east, with a very prominent company - DeVere Venues, who offer exclusive venues and locations for there clientele to conduct various training and conference seminars. We have been selected as preferred suppliers for their first project within this partnership to design and install all electrical services for a Treehouse in the grounds of Theobalds Park, Bulls Cross Ride, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire.
